Born Febuary 24th at 9:58p.m. Stephen Christopher Brockman. Wife Shirley is doing fine. The sisters are happy but a bit jealousy. I am trying to keep my attentions equally divided amongst the house. I’m the proud father and happy to have someone else in the house who will pee standing up.

On the plumbing front…Spring is coming. The thaw will get your sump pumps running. Don’t put off that battery back-up system any longer. AND FOR GOD SAKES TAKE THOSE BLACK HOSES OFF YOUR DISCHARGE PIPES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
